All the news mentions that both Casey and Richard got suspended, but what about those who videotaped the incident and posted on the internet? Clearly, they had been involved in the planned bullying/humiliation and followed through on their end of the plan. Were they punished for their part in the incident?
My respect goes to Casey, who clearly has more class in his pinky finger than that nitwit, Richard has in his entire puny body, as Casey simply walked away after the encounter. In fact, he demonstrated class throughout the incident, initially only raising his hands to block his face from being punched following the first punch. It is people like that who have the psychological strength to rise about their opponents and become powerful people in the world. I don’t doubt this is one individual who will be successful as an adult. Good luck to him.
As for Richard, don’t hold your breath waiting for that apology. You don’t deserve one you nasty creep. Picking on others to direct attention from your own shortcomings is the work of the dirty and untrustworthy. Learn from this incident and try to learn to demonstrate respect toward others. You don’t know what they live until you have walked a mile in their shoes. You should also consider yourself lucky if Casey has not pressed assault charges against you for punching him in the face.
To the creators of this website, what is the purpose of referring to Casey as a “gentle giant”? That seems a little sensationalistic. There is more to a person than their size and mannerisms. By tagging him according to his body size, you are only valuing him for his body size. The fact that Casey did not retaliate sooner and had the grace to walk away after ending the incident (instead of wreaking more harm on his antagoniser when he was down), suggests that this is classy, intelligent individual. How about referring to him as what he is, a classy, intelligent human being?

My family and I are at the beach and I have been trying to show them your blog, but I hadn’t saved it before we left home and therefore it took me FOREVER to find it using the search engines.
